Download the SouthState Mobile app from the App Store or Google Play, then sign in with the same Login ID you use for SouthState Bank login.
Keep the phone locked
Use a device passcode, sign out when you finish, and skip public Wi-Fi for account access. If the phone is lost, call 1-800-277-2175 so Customer Care can update the number.
New users can choose Enroll in the app login window, or enroll first on southstate online banking.
